FAQ

1. Do you offer parking?
   Street parking is available on Wyoming Ave & the surrounding streets. It is free on the weekends but metered parking M-F until 5pm.

2. Do your characters visit homes?
   Yes! Our characters are available for outside appearances and corporate events.

3. How many kids can your venue hold?
   We can fit up to 22 kids.

4. Can parents stay at the parties?
   Yes, there are couches & chairs for parents to relax on that will not interfere with the party space. 
   Children 8 years and older maybe dropped off but birthday booking parent(s) must stay on premise at all times.
   For our special events, we ask only 1 parent accompany their child and children 8 years & older maybe dropped off but must be signed in & out by an adult.

5. Can family members attend our birthday party?
   Yes Grandparents, Aunts, Little Brothers, etc. may be present for food & cake but will not participate in the children's activities. 

6. Can boys attend a birthday party?
   Of course! We have gender neutral party themes like glow in the dark, squishmellow, etc. They are also welcome to attend a princess party as well. Please let us know so we can plan gender neutral crafts like painting, slime, etc.

7. Do you provide food for your birthday parties?
   Yes, each child will receive 2 slices of pizza & a water bottle or juice box. Pizza is supplied by Fratellis Pizza & Pasta House.

8. Do you provide food for those with allergies?
   No. Unfortunately it is up to the party booker to provide those with gluten or dairy allergies. Our venue is peanut free.

9. Do you provide food or drinks for the adults at your birthday parties?
   No. You may bring in any extra snacks, food, or drinks for adults. Extra pizza can be ordered at your own expense and must be paid prior to party. Please remember to bring your own paper products & utensils for the adults. No alcoholic beverages allowed!

10. Can we take home any decor from our birthday party?
    No. All decor & balloons, etc. must be left at our venue. Any missing decor or damages to decor will be billed to the booking parties credit card. 

11. Do you provide a cake or cupcakes?
    No. Please bring in your own cake or cupcakes and a candle. We do have extra candles in case you forget. We can recommend some great local bakeries!

12. Do you provide cupcake trays or serving utensils?
    Yes. We have cupcake stands available to use. We have utensils to cut & serve your cake for you. We also have lighters to light your candles. 

13. Can we open presents, bring in a piñata or other activities?
    No. Unfortunately time does not allow for opening presents or extra activities. The kids will be busy the entire 2 hours with crafts, games, etc. that we provide to them.

14. Can we go over the 2 hour party time?
    No but parties may arrive 20 minutes before their party time to set up cake, set up favors, and greet your guests. Parties may stay 15 minutes after party end time to gather all belongings and exit. Parties that stay any longer than the 15 minutes will be charged a fee to their booking credit card. If extra time is needed, please discuss with the owner Miss Ashley. We book multiple parties in 1 day and need to make sure our parties run in a timely manner. Please try your best to have your guests show up on time.

15.  Is my deposit refundable?
    No. Deposits are non refundable for character appearances or birthday parties. They maybe transferred to a different date. Please give us 24 hour notice if something changes.
    16. Are event tickets refundable?
    No. Event tickets are non refundable. If notice is given prior to 24 hours, tickets can be transferred to a future event.
